I'm a 3D Designer based in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa. I have worked on multi-disciplinary projects within education, interactive media, public experiences, mass manufacturing, batch fabrication, agriculture, exhibition galleries, household products, medical hardware, social safety, entertainment & luxury. After 12 years of general practice, I'm now focused on mixed-media interactive exhibits as educational public experiences and a bridge between the cyber and analogue. I'm a part time lecturer of 3D concept development at the University of Johannesburg, Department of Industrial Design. In the background, I continue to develop off-grid appropriate technologies related to resource reclamation...soon to be published as open-source resources.


Naturally passionate and dedicated to any design task at hand, I believe design is not a narrow application of formal skills but a way of thinking. It should be used to co-create innovative and sustainable solutions. I take the pragmatic approach of empathising & defining the true problem before ideating and creating.
